Shipping Policy

We have warehouses in China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, and Australia. We will choose to ship from your country according to your address as possible as we can.  For example, your delivery address is in the EU and we will ship from the warehouse in Germany. If the item is out of stock, we will probably cancel your order.

According to your country's customs policy, the local customs will charge customs taxes and VAT on parcels shipped from China. The logistics company will contact you to handle customs clearance when the parcel arrives and will charge you customs taxes and VAT. Paying taxes is the buyer's obligation, and if the buyer refuses to pay the tariff, we will not refund.

Parcels ship from warehouses in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, and Australia do not require any taxes.

For orders with a delivery address that is in a remote location, we will cancel your order unless you pay a remote area surcharge. You can check if your address is a remote address from the DHL or FedEx website, or you may contact us.

We cooperate with safe, reliable and fast logistics providers, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, EMS. The delivery days vary from country to country, and the delivery days in most countries and regions are 5-15 days, but we do not guarantee accurate timeliness.
